Welcome to HomeDash Buyers, a brand of Lion Adv, Inc., a Florida corporation operating under the registered fictitious name "HomeDash Buyers" (collectively "HomeDash Buyers," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website at homedashbuyers.com, any communications you opt in to receive, and any cash offer we may extend to you. By accessing this website or providing your information, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, the legal owner (or an authorized agent of the legal owner) of any property you submit, and able to enter into a binding contract.

2. Nature of services

HomeDash Buyers (Lion Adv, Inc. d/b/a HomeDash Buyers) is a private cash buyer of residential real estate in Florida. We purchase houses directly from owners, typically as-is, for cash. HomeDash Buyers is not a real estate broker, real estate agent, mortgage lender, attorney, accountant, or financial advisor. We are a principal buyer (or assignor of a purchase contract). We do not represent you in a fiduciary capacity in the sale of your property.

Any offer we make is non-binding until reduced to a written purchase and sale agreement signed by both parties. Any offer is also subject to verification of property condition, title, ownership, occupancy, and other diligence factors.
