These SMS Terms govern your participation in the HomeDash Buyers text messaging program, operated by Lion Adv, Inc. d/b/a HomeDash Buyers, a Florida corporation. By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our opt-in form, you agree to these Terms and to receive recurring text messages from HomeDash Buyers as described below.

1. Consent to receive text messages
When you check the SMS consent box on our opt-in form and submit your mobile phone number, you give HomeDash Buyers (Lion Adv, Inc. d/b/a HomeDash Buyers) your express written consent to send recurring text messages (SMS and MMS) to that number using an automatic telephone dialing system or any other technology, for the purposes described in these Terms.
Consent is not a condition of any sale, service, or other transaction with HomeDash Buyers. You can request a cash offer for your property without consenting to text messages — simply contact us by email or phone instead.
2. What you'll receive
- Marketing messages: Follow-up about your cash offer, questions about your property, related selling opportunities, and time-sensitive updates that may affect your offer.
- Account notifications and alerts: Confirmation of opt-in, opt-out confirmation, offer status, walkthrough scheduling, contract milestones, and closing updates.
- One-time passwords (OTPs): Verification codes used to authenticate your identity when accessing account features.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency is recurring and varies based on where you are in the selling process. Typical volume is 4 to 8 messages per month. Some weeks (around walkthroughs, contract, or closing) you may receive more; other periods you may receive fewer.

HomeDash Buyers does not charge you to receive messages. However, your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates may apply to each message you send or receive. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.

7. Carrier and delivery
Our SMS program is supported by all major U.S. mobile carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Messages may be delayed for various reasons, including network conditions or your device's status.
8. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or have authority to consent on behalf of the account holder for the mobile phone number you provide. You are responsible for notifying us if you no longer use that number.

We may modify these SMS Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated via SMS or by posting on this website. Continued participation in the program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
