These SMS Terms govern your participation in the HomeDash Buyers text messaging program, operated by Lion Adv, Inc. d/b/a HomeDash Buyers, a Florida corporation. By checking the SMS consent box on our opt-in form and clicking the "Get My Cash Offer" button, you agree to these Terms and to receive recurring text messages from HomeDash Buyers as described below.

1. Consent to receive text messages

When you check the SMS consent box on our opt-in form and click the "Get My Cash Offer" submit button, you give HomeDash Buyers (Lion Adv, Inc. d/b/a HomeDash Buyers) your express written consent to send recurring text messages (SMS and MMS) to the mobile number you provided, for the purposes described in these Terms.

Consent is not a condition of any sale, service, or other transaction with HomeDash Buyers. You can request a cash offer for your property without consenting to text messages by emailing us at dash@homedashbuyers.com instead.

Message frequency is recurring and varies. Typical volume is approximately 4 to 8 messages per month. Around walkthroughs, contracting, and closing you may receive more; other periods you may receive fewer.

HomeDash Buyers does not charge you to receive messages. However, your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates may apply.

5. How to opt out (STOP)

You can opt out at any time. Reply STOP, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, or CANCEL to any text message. You'll receive one final confirmation message and no further marketing texts.

Reply HELP or INFO to any message, or email dash@homedashbuyers.com.

7. Carrier and delivery

Our SMS program is supported by all major U.S. mobile carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or have authority to consent on behalf of the account holder for the mobile phone number provided.

9. Privacy

HomeDash Buyers (Lion Adv, Inc. d/b/a HomeDash Buyers) does not sell, rent, share, or disclose your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in information, property address, or any related personal data to any third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. 10. Disclaimers

The SMS program is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, HomeDash Buyers and Lion Adv, Inc. disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

11. Changes to these SMS Terms

We may modify these SMS Terms at any time. Continued participation after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
