2. Information we collect

Contact: Email address, mobile phone number
Property: Property address you are considering selling, and (optionally) the reason for selling, condition, occupancy, or other facts you choose to share
Consent records: Date/time of opt-in, the IP address and user agent associated with your submission, and the specific SMS and email consent language you agreed to. We retain these records to demonstrate that your opt-in was lawful and informed.

Information from public records

4. SMS messaging — your phone number

What you'll receive

Our opt-in form presents two separate, independent SMS consent checkboxes, both unchecked by default, and neither is required to submit the form or receive an offer. Checking the customer-care box lets us text you about your property inquiry — offer status, questions about your property, appointment scheduling, closing updates, and one-time passwords (OTPs) used for verification. Checking the marketing box — a separate consent that is never bundled with the customer-care consent or with acceptance of our Terms — lets us send recurring automated marketing and promotional texts. We send each category only to people who checked that specific box.

Frequency, cost, opt-out

Frequency: Recurring messages, approximately 4 to 8 per month. Frequency may vary based on where you are in the selling process.

Opt-out: Reply STOP to any text message at any time. You'll receive one final confirmation message and no further marketing texts.

5. Email communications

If you submitted our opt-in form, you've also consented to receive email communications related to your cash offer, the property you are selling, and related updates. 6. How we handle and disclose information

HomeDash Buyers does not sell, rent, share, or disclose your personal information — including your phone number, SMS opt-in data, email, or property address — to any third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not have marketing partners, and we do not participate in data-sharing arrangements for advertising or list-building.

The only situations in which we disclose information are operational and limited to what is strictly necessary to deliver the service you requested or to comply with the law:

Service providers we use to operate the business. A small number of vetted vendors process information solely on our behalf and only to perform the service we hired them for — for example, our SMS provider (Twilio) to deliver the texts you opted in to receive, our email service provider, our website host, and our CRM. These vendors are contractually bound to protect your data and do not use it for their own marketing.
Title and closing partners — only if you accept an offer. If you accept a cash offer and proceed toward closing, the title company, escrow agent, attorney, or other parties required to complete the real estate transaction will receive the information needed to close (such as your name and the property address). They use this only to execute the closing — not for any marketing purpose.
Joint-venture funding partners on your specific transaction. If we partner with another investor to fund the purchase of your specific property, we may share information about that property with that partner solely for the purpose of evaluating, funding, or completing your transaction. We do not provide your contact information to that partner for any marketing purpose.
Legal compliance. If we are required by law, court order, or subpoena, we will disclose information only to the extent legally required, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of HomeDash Buyers, Lion Adv, Inc., our users, or others.
Business transfer. If Lion Adv, Inc. or the HomeDash Buyers brand is acquired, merged, or reorganized, your information may transfer to the successor entity, subject to this Privacy Policy.

None of the categories above involve sharing your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in data, or any other personal information for marketing or promotional purposes — by us or by any third party.

We retain your personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described above, to comply with our legal obligations, to maintain consent records, or to resolve disputes.
