We are based in Miami and operate throughout Florida, with a particular focus on the Treasure Coast (Port St. Lucie, Stuart, Fort Pierce, Vero Beach) and South Florida.

Our team works with a network of local title companies, escrow agents, and attorneys to make sure every sale is clean, transparent, and properly recorded.

What we do

We buy houses directly from owners, for cash, in any condition. We don't list properties, we don't take commissions, and we don't tie sellers up in long contingency-laden contracts. Most sellers we work with come to us because they need to close quickly or because their property isn't a fit for a traditional MLS listing.
